In short, a real estate builder is someone who builds homes, commercials, apartments, townships, businesses and more. 

They help people to purchase and sell property, and can also provide advice on home renovation and remodeling.

It is a very important industry as it helps people to get the homes they want and as per their need. 

It is also a very profitable industry as it can be very lucrative for those who are successful in it.

 

  • Real estate developer

A Real Estate Developer is a single individual or company where they develop proper, well managed, sanctioned and regulated plots from old lands like farming land or abundant land.

 

They clear all the major parts of land like documentation, mapping, and finishing of land.

After that real estate developers sell those plots developed from old land and make more profit than usual land selling.

 

Here real estate developers sell single single plots which are the parts of land where you as a customer get well mapped and sanctioned land and developers make good money.

 

  • Real estate agent/advisor/consultant/realtor / Channel Partner

A real estate agent is someone who helps people buy, sell, or lease property. They work with buyers and sellers, helping them to find the perfect home or property. They can also help with finding rental properties, and negotiate deals on behalf of their clients.
